The DIP1024 is a complete hardware/software solution to interface your DR11-W data transfer application running on an IBM RS/6000 (that has a free PCI bus slot) to a computer system with a DR11-W interface. The DIP1024 consists of an IKON 10118 card bundled with the IBM AIX 4.1.5 and 4.2 device drivers (on floppy disk), and an installation and programming manual (also available online).

I/O PORTS: one high density connector - standard DR11-W ribbon cables available from Ikon.
DEVICE DRIVER: script install, character device driver with open, close, ioctl, and write interface.
